Apply for a home

If you are relocating to MCAS Beaufort, please visit the MCAS Beaufort Military Housing Office first. (www.beaufort.usmc.mil) or (Building Number 1140 on MCAS). Once you have completed your paperwork and have qualified for Atlantic Marine Corps Communities at Tri-Command, you will be referred to a Atlantic Marine Corps Communities staff member to find the perfect home for you. They will be able to take you on a tour of the property and answer any questions you may have.

If you are relocating to MCRD- Parris Island or Naval Hospital Beaufort, please visit the MCRD-Parris Island Housing Office first. Once you have completed your paperwork and have qualified for Atlantic Marine Corps Communities at Tri-Command, you will be referred to a Atlantic Marine Corps Communities staff member to find the perfect home for you. They will be able to take you on a tour of the property and answer any questions you may have.

The Military Housing Offices must first qualify you for an AMCC at Tri-Command home.  Based on your rank and number of dependents, you will qualify for a home with Tri-Command.
Lease

All Atlantic Marine Corps Communities at Tri-Command residents sign a Lease, which is further discussed one-on-one with the Resident Services Coordinator at move-in.
