Project Size: Timeline: On-going Operations Until 2055 Development and Operations began 2005 12 community centers Solar Panel Thermal Purchase Agreement at Camp Lejeune Atlantic Marine Corps Communities (AMCC) is the largest privatization project in the Actus Lend Lease portfolio, spanning from Beaufort, South Carolina to Newburgh, New York. 8,059 homes are located in four states throughout eight military installations. Atlantic Marine Corps Communities at Camp Lejeune is home to nearly 3,900 Military Service and their Families and includes miles of walking trails and dozens of playgrounds, including the only Boundless Playground® on a Marine Corps Installation. AMCC specializes in developing sustainable communities and is building the largest LEED Gold neighborhood on a Marine Corps Installation with 537 homes at its Midway Park neighborhood on Camp Lejeune. At Cherry Point in Havelock, North Carolina, nearly 1,700 Military Service Members and their Families live in six different neighborhoods. Amenities include three dog parks a brand new 7,000 square foot Community Center and a zero-entry swimming pool. MCAS New River is the principal USMC helicopter location on the East Coast. AMCC houses 349 Residents at its New River Site who can enjoy a 3,800 square foot community center equipped with a fitness center and children’s play area. Located in South Carolina, Atlantic Marine Corps Communities at Tri-Command is creating neighborhoods that strengthen the quality of life for military Families stationed at MCRD Parris Island, MCAS Beaufort and Naval Hospital, South Carolina. Their innovative recycling program has been nationally recognized for recycling entire homes for donation back to the local community. The smallest community of AMCC, located in New Windsor, New York, Stewart Terrace serves 171 Service Members and Families stationed at Stewart Air National Guard Base and those serving in the Mid-Hudson River Valley region. Stewart Terrace completed its Initial Development Period in 2009. Westover Communities provides exceptional service, amenities and homes for Airmen and Women stationed at Westover Air Reserve Base in Chicopee, Massachusetts. A total of 124 renovated homes make up the Westover Community. |
